Healthy volunteers

Interventions

Healthy volunteers were given a catechin-rich (540 mg/day) beverage every day for 12 weeks. Healthy volunteers were given a placebo beverage every day for 12 weeks.

Inclusion criteria: 1. healthy volunteer 2. Age>=18 3. Be able to provide written informed consent
