Inclusion criteria: 1 It is possible to take a saliva. 2 Written informed consent was obtained from all patients.

Exclusion criteria: 1 Surgery was added. 2 Officer has determined to be inappropriate. 3 Less than 20 years old. 4 During pregnancy.
