Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for elective upper abdominal surgery. Written informed consent will be obtained from all subjects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery Ileus ASA physical status >= 4 Patients with peripheral or central nerve disorder WBC>=10000/&micro;l, CRP>=0.3 PT-INR>1.2, APTT-T>41, Plt<10000/&micro;l
