Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Cases were clinically diagnosed as NAFLD (2) More than 50 years of age and less than 80 years (3) Informed consent is obtained by sentence

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with viral hepatitis (2) Liver cirrhosis patients (3) Patients with malignant tumor (not included after radical) (4) Individuals with a history of cardiovascular or cerebrovascular Diseases (5) Severe liver disease (6) Severe renal disease (7) Patients with rush by "amino care jelly Leucine 40"
