Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers aged 20-75 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.individuals with a history of heart failure or cardiac infarction 2. individuals with disease(s) of upper-gastrointestinal tract such as gastric ulcer 3. pregnant womenm or women with intending to become pregnant, and lactating women 4. individuals judged by the doctor to be unsuitable
