Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: # diabetes duration >2 years # multiple daily injection therapy # long acting insulin injection once a day # HbA1c under 9%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: # pregnant # oral steroid therapy # advanced diabetes coomplication
