Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants are regular runners or endurance athletes. For inclusion in this study, they are required a minimum of 3 times weekly training and more than 30 minutes once a training. They include 5 females and 5 males.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For exclusion in this study, who have a musculoskeletal disease, circulatory disease and chronic disease (diabetes mellitus, hyper tension, etc.).
