Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 diagnosed malignancies 2 prescribed on molecular targeted therapy as single agent 3 age more than 20 years 4 PS 0 to 2 5 expected duration of treatment more than 3 months 6 informed consent available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 patients contraindicated for molecular targeted agent 2 serious complications or comorbidities
