Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult patients, who require cystoscopy examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)patients who cannot understand the purpose of cystoscopy 2)patients who have previous history of symptomatic urologic infection after cystoscopy 3)patients who undertake some procedures under cystoscopy, such as biopsy 4)patients who have risks of urologic or other bacterial infection 5)pateints who are considered not appropriate by doctors
