Inclusion criteria: Head and Neck Carcinoma patients treated at Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Jichi Medical University, Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, Hamamatsu University School of Medicine and Department of Head and Neck, Cancer Institute Hospital of Japanese Foundation for Cancer Research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients less than 20-year-old
