Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who could not improve pain even after more than three months of competition discontinued patellar tendinitis, tendon disease cases that are considered to be due to Sports

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with trauma to the irradiated site Patients with a malignant tumor in the irradiated site Patients with a disease state is exacerbated by pain Pregnant woman Patients that can not determine the therapeutic intention itself
