Inclusion criteria: The patient agree with this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient is judgmented that unsuitable for this study. The patient has allergy to the medicine,primary aldosteronism,myopathy,hypokalemia,post operation of colon,inflammatory bowel diseases.
