Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) biopsy proven nonsquamous and nonsmall cell lung cancer 2) Stage3 or 4 unresectable cases 3) without previous chemotherapy 4) without irradiation for lung cancer 5) with measurable lesion 6) age,20 to 80 7) PS0 or 1 8) normal organ function 9) expect for more than months of survival 10) agreement with the patients

Exclusion criteria: judged inappropriate by doctors
