Inclusion criteria: All trauma patients transfered to emergency department of Osaka University Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The case transfered from another hospital. Pediatrics under 12 years old.

Primary

Measure	Time frame
The amount of blood transfusion during primary treatment and hospitalization. The mortality rate.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
The time from an accident to CT scan, exercising the protocol, transfusing initial RBC or FFP. The rate of complications.	—
