Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All trauma patients transfered to emergency department of Osaka University Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The case transfered from another hospital. Pediatrics under 12 years old.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The amount of blood transfusion during primary treatment and hospitalization. The mortality rate.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The time from an accident to CT scan, exercising the protocol, transfusing initial RBC or FFP. The rate of complications.
