Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult (20-80 y/o) patients with unilateral peripheral vestibulopathy except Meniere's disease and benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, who complained of persistent dizziness for 3 months and have been successfully treated with short-term (4 weeks) administration of high dosage betahistine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with peptic ulcer. 2) Patients with bronchial asthma. 3) Patients with pheochromocytoma. 4) Pregnant and breast-feeding female patinets 5) Patients who suffered from repetitive vertigo attacks 6) Patients who was excluded by investigators.
