Inclusion criteria: Acquisition of informed consent The patients who has to insert an arterial pressure line under local anesthesia (before anesthesia induction)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anemia (Hb<8g/dL) Emergency surgery ASAPS>=4
