Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ankle fracture with tibiofibular diastasis Equal or more than 20 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgery performed more than 2 weeks after injury Bilateral ankle fracture History of ankle fracture Open fracture Osteoarthritis of the ankle Neuropathic arthropathy Tibial plafond fracture Pregnancy Informed consent not provided
