Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hemiparesis due to acute capsular infarction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindication of rTMS

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Fugl-Meyer assessmen, Stroke Impairment Assessment Set, Functional Independence Measure, modified Ashworth scale, grip power, measured before, 2 weeks after, 4 weeks after, 6 weeks after, and 8 weeks after rTMS.
