Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with wide cleft palate which may be treated by push back method exposing the lesser palatine nerve

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with narrow cleft palate which may be treated by Furlow method not exposing the lesser palatine nerve
