Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were diagnosed as PA and underwent AVS between January 2006 and Dec 2017 in Kyoto Medical Center and JPAS participating centers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were judged not eligible for the study by respective attending physician
