Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy postmenopausal women with relatively-deteriorated sleep health screened by sleep habits questionnaire and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having medical symptoms leading to sleep disturbance seriously Individuals considered medically inappropriate attend to the study

Autonomic nerve activity assessed by heart rate variability Sleep variables assessed by actigraphy at before, 1-week, 2-week, 4-week consumption.
