Inclusion criteria: 1. Dignosed small intestinal disease.(require Balloon assisted enteroscopy) 2. Suspected small intestinaldisease. (require Balloon assisted enteroscopy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who has allergy against fluorescein.
