Inclusion criteria: chronic hepatitis B (1) Patients who obtained the document, the consent to participate in research in the description (2)Patients who do not belong to the exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the patients who are not detect HBVDNA in peripheral blood (2) the patients who cannot consult our department periodically (3) the patients who are not appropriate to entry for this examination by doctors
