Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -participants should be a user of the long term care insurance and the level of 'ADL of people with dementia' is greater than II in the long term care insurance assessment scheme in Japan. -participants should be a user of surveyed dementia day service center. -65 years or older at starting point -consent to participate in writing -participants should have NPI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Difficult to follow up 3 months after staring observation -Retract of concentration -Other severe medical condition with dementia -Judged to be difficult to participant by principle investigator for reasons other than listed above.

Primary outcomes of this study are deference of mean Neuropsychiatric Inventory(NPI)score between single arms at 3 months after the starting point.	—

1. The deference of ADR between single arms at 3 months after the starting point. 2. The deference of care giver's number of call time during each care program between single arms at 3 months after the starting point.	—
