Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients that have been diagnosed as dilated phase of cardiomyopathy (wall thickness >=15mm in echocardiography) and left ventricular dysfunction (left ventricular ejection fraction < 50%)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients judged to be inappropriate to perform this study by investigator
