Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 40 years of age or older, and the upper limit is not provided It is possible to rehabilitation hospital 2.patient of modified Rankin Scale (mRS) < 3 3.Informed consent of participation research has been obtained in writing from the patient or the family

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients of mRS > 2 before the inclusion 2.Patients of Minimental test < 17 3.Study director or sharing doctors are judged unsuitable for the practice of the present test
