Inclusion criteria: acute onset low back pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)lower extrimities pain,obvious nerve root stimurating sign such as SLRT under 60 degrees 2)fracture,osteoporosis 3)tumor 4)infection,fever up over 37.8C degrees 5)post oprerative LBP 6)used to assessed by mechanically 7)Abdominal aorta aneurysm 8)chiciatry treated 9)innsurance for mortor viehcle accident
