Inclusion criteria: Patients who made their first visit to the Kampo Clinic at Keio University Hospital between April 1st 2005 and March 31st 2007, or May 1st 2008 and December 26th 2010.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not want to enter this study.
