Inclusion criteria: Patients who had colorectal adenomatous polyps <10 mm.

Exclusion criteria: Inflammatory bowel diseases Familial polyposis Patients who take anticoagulants Pregnant women Patients who undergo artificial dialysis Patients who are classified >ASA classIII Others
