Inclusion criteria: Customers came to the drugstore where we conduct our research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person himself or his housemate is medical worker (doctor, dentist, nurse and pharmacist)

Measure	Time frame
"Ease cause of consultation action against pharmacist" is the first factor "sense of security",which is extracted by the "Students' Trust in Teachers" and modified to suit the assumed scene, to assess in six stage.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
"Impression of the pharmacist" is, to use the adjective pairs used to impression measurement of mask wearing nurses. Scale is made up of all 19 items, each item will be rated on a 7 stage.	—
