Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases of carotid artery stenosis or cerebral aneurysm undergo endovascular therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases cannot receive a standard of care due to have allergy to antiplatelet drug.
