Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20 years or older 2. More than 3 months of pain duration 3. More than 4 of Numerical Rating Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. infection 2. severe psychiatric disorders 3. serious chronic diseases; cardiac failure, pulmonary emphysema, and interstitial hepatitis 4. lidocaine allergy 5. lidocaine treatment within a week
