Inclusion criteria: HbA1c(NGSP value) >=7.0% metabolic syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dapagliflozin in use History of hypersensitivity to dapagliflozin containing components Severe ketosis diabetic coma or precoma Severe infection before and after surgery severe trauma
