Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy male aged between 18 and 25 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who 1)have pain in lower extremity and trunk 2)have history of surgical intervention for lower extremity and lumbar region 3)cannot demonstrate instep kicking and fatigue plotcol

MeasureTime frame
Electromyography will be used to assess the muscle activity of adductor longus and 3D motion analysis will also be conducted during instep kick.
