Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) oral cancer 2) histologically confirmed squamous cell carcinoma 3) Without previous irradiation for head and neck 4) Performance Statues:0-2(ECOG) 5) WBC:>3,000/mm3 Neutrophyl:>1500/mm3 6) Hemoglobin:>9g/dl 7) Ccr:>20ml/min 8) written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)History of serious drug allegies 2)With severe complications (hepatic disorder, renal disorder,or heart disease, bowel obstruction, peptic ulcer, severe diabetes) 3)with other advanced cancer 4)with history of severe mental disorder 5)pregnant or nursing women or women who like be pregnant and men with partner willing to get pregnant 6)Cases that the investigator (subinvestigator) judged as inappropriate as the subject of this clinical study
