Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. a) Patients who underwent gynecological cancer surgery including pelvic lymph node dissection or b) patients underwent breast cancer surgery including axillary lymph node dissection. 2. >1 year from active cancer treatment 3. without edema in lower or upper limb 4. over 20 years old 5. Patients with written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot exercise 2. Body Mass Index >25 kg/m^2 3. Patients with deep venous thrombosis or varix 4. Patients with cancer 5. Allergic for Iodine 6. Patients considered inappropriate by the study investigator
