Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of aggressive ATLL 2. Less than 6 months after diagnosis of aggressive ATLL 3. 70 years old or younger 4. Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Relapsed ATLL 2. 6 months or more after diagnosis of aggressive ATLL 3. active other cancer 4. pregnant 5. psychiatric disorder 6. inappropriate for this study
