Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes and men with normal glucose tolerance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are taking oral hypoglycemic agents except sulphonylurea or metformin Patients with insulin injection Patinets with malignacy
