Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nontraumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head patients who were diagnosed with steroid-induced osteoporosis and received teriparatide or alendronate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded 1) Patients who had been followed for less than 6 months 2) The administration periods were not identified 3) Stage 3B or 4 in the Japansese Investigation Committee staging system 4) Type A or B in the Japansese Investigation Committee classification system
