Inclusion criteria: Amyloid PET negative healthy volunteers Amyloid PET positive healthy volunteers Amyloid PET negative patients with mild cognitive impariment Amyloid PET positive patients with mild cognitive impariment

Exclusion criteria: other neurodegenerative disease patients than Alzheimer's disease
