Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 diabetes 2.Patients were not treated with insulin degludec previously. 3.Patients were agreed to participate in this study with written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were free of severe infections, seriously wounded, alcohol abuser, malnutrition or staving, pregnant women and women suspected of being pregnant, with low compliance.
