Inclusion criteria: Chronic hepatitis C patients aged 70 years or older undergoing antiviral therapy (IFN-free or IFN-based) after 2004.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Present illness or past history of hepatocellular carcinoma Positive Hepatitis B viral DNA
