Inclusion criteria: Adult patients treated with liposomal amphotericin B for invasive fungal infection after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation at Toranomon Hospital or Toranomon Hospital Kajigaya

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have allergy to amphotericin B or liposomal amphotericin B
