Inclusion criteria: Volunteers who belong to Faculty of Dental Science, Kyushu University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)The patients who do not agree to participate in this study on document-based informed consent format 2)The patients with bleeding tendency 3)Diabetic patients 4)The patients who use removable partial denture 5)The patients who take antibiotics orally 6)The patients who suffer from moderate or severe periodontitis 7)The patients who have an allergy to titanium
