Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults aged between 20 and 35 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who 1)have pain in lower extremity and trunk 2)have history of surgical intervention for lower extremity and lumbar region 3)cannot demonstrate drop jump and training maneuvers

MeasureTime frame
Electromyography will be used to assess the muscle activity of tibialis posterior and 3D motion analysis will also be conducted during drop jump. Difference between before and after training will be analyzed.
