Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PGY-2 residents who see the ambulatory patients that visit the emergency room during 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: PGY-2 residents who see the ambulatory patients that visit the emergency room on weekends and holidays
