Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PGY-2 residents who see the transferred patients between 2 pm and 10 pm on weekdays.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PGY-2 residents who see the transferred patients on weekends and holidays.

1. How busy the resident feels during the duty. 2. The number of patients that a resident sees during the duty. 3. How difficult the resident feel during the duty.	—
