Inclusion criteria: Patients with spinocerebellar degeneration and parkinson disease in Hokkaido University Hospital and kushiro Rosai Hospital/

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive decline Patients who can not sit down alone for an hour
