Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are planned to undergo colonoscopy with written IC. Patients who messes 6 times a week without medicines for loosening the bowels

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medication of antidepressants Past history of colectomy
