Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Surgical patients in Tokyo Women's Medical University Hospital from February 1, 2008 to February 29, 2012.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients aged under 16. The patients of cardiac surgery, major vascular surgery, MRI guided neurosurgery.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
7days and 30days and 60days postoperative mortality.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
ACU of the ASA physical status. AUC of the Surgical Apgar Score.
